Al jaren wordt gezocht naar een plek voor een nieuw buurthuis in Boshoven. Het Vrakkerplein is de laatste optie voor de gemeente, maar dit is de enige groene plek en evenementenlocatie. De inwoners vinden dat het Don Boscohuis de juiste locatie is en willen hun stem laten horen.

establish that:
- de gemeente na de sluiting van het Kwintet nog steeds geen nieuw buurthuis voor de grootste wijk van Weert heeft gerealiseerd.
- de locatie Don Bosco de beste locatie is voor een buurthuis in de wijk.
- de locatie Vrakkerplein onwenselijk is omdat het een groen evenemententerrein is voor de wijk.

De gemeente de locatie Don Bosco te ontwikkelen tot een adequaat buurthuis en het Vrakkerplein groen te houden.
